these are 90k dollar trucks new, 20 year old kyle cant afford that, which is why they spend 7 grand on a early 2000s chevy with 300k miles on it , 3 grand on a lift kit and 2 grand on wheels and tires

I suspect these laws, where they exist, aren’t enforced anyway . Especially if the truck has some thin blue line or similar sticker (present on so many).

Usually it’s like the laws are very vague and hard to prove in court, or one of those you slap on as additional charges when something happens.

Definitely wouldn’t be primary enforcement.  Hell, we can’t even get anything for headlight aim, and one probably couldn’t or shouldn’t ask a LEO to go after lift height etc.  They have better things to do, and probably wouldn’t go after their friends in the overcompensators (there, I said it) anyway.
